SOCIAL WORKPLACE.

·         What does 'socialworkplace' mean to you?

    Socialworkplace means for me a tool which can be implemented to develop better work in order to obtain better results in a specific place. It can provide oportunities to collaborate, creative new ideas, create online communities and keep in touch with workers needs, etc.

·         Of the HR element on slides 8 thru 12, which one do you feel has the most impact? Why?

     The element number two has impacted me because I consider that the development of new tools give to the company better results in order to increse the results and it gives better advanges in the final products too.
